We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of mind after placing the order
Dissatisfaction due to product colour, size or design variation
Duplicate or accidental orders
Delay caused due to courier logistics or unforeseen reasons
Once the order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.
🔹 Replacement Policy (If Item Received Damaged)
Although we do not accept returns, we do provide a product replacement only if the item received is physically damaged or defective on arrival.
To qualify for replacement:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear video while unboxing as proof
Damage must be visible in the unboxing video
If the required proof is not provided, the replacement request will not be accepted.
Replacement depends on stock availability. If the same item is not available, we may offer a similar item of equal value.
🔹 Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
In rare cases of stock issues or other operational reasons, we reserve the right to cancel an order. In such cases, the customer will be informed.
